About these terms

These terms cover your use of newbloompots.com and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them alongside our shipping, returns and privacy pages, which form part of the same agreement.

Who we are

New Bloom Pots trades from 1319 E Chandler Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85048, USA. You can reach us on (602) 390-9985 or at hello@newbloompots.com, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm ET.

Orders

Adding something to your basket does not reserve it. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you place the order. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if a price was listed incorrectly. If we cancel after you have paid, you get a full refund.

Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice, but a change will never affect an order that has already been dispatched. Stock levels shown on the site are our best information at the time; occasionally an item sells out between your order and our picking it, in which case we will contact you.

Product descriptions

We describe dimensions, materials and drainage as accurately as we can, and every product page lists the outer diameter and height so you can measure your space first. Photographs are representative.

Hand-thrown and wood-fired planters vary from piece to piece in colour, texture and profile. That variation is inherent to how they are made and is not a fault. See Returns & refunds for what this means in practice.

Using our planters

Some of our indoor planters are deliberately made without a drainage hole so they will not mark furniture or floors. Those are intended for use with a nursery pot inside, or with careful watering. Using a drain-hole-free pot as a direct planter and waterlogging it is not a manufacturing fault.

Large planters are heavy, especially when filled. Please take sensible care when moving or siting them, and do not place them where a fall would cause injury or damage.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for activity under your account until you tell us otherwise.

Our content

The text, photographs, plant-care guides and design on this site belong to New Bloom Pots or our suppliers. You are welcome to read, print and share them for your own use. Please do not republish them commercially or use them to sell competing products without asking us first.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality, and for the losses that follow directly and foreseeably from us failing to do that. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage caused by misuse, or by plants and soil placed in our planters.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Events outside our control

If something genuinely outside our control — severe weather, carrier failure, industrial action — delays an order, we will tell you and agree a new date or refund you. We are not liable for the delay itself.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and the United States. Any dispute will be dealt with by the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
